Even if the customer suffers damage (including lost profits) due to the inability to use the application, the company shall not be liable for any damages caused.

4. Responsibility for managing member ID and password

The user of this application is responsible for the management and use of the registered Internet membership ID and password.

The customer shall not let member ID and password be used by a third party, nor shall they be transferred, lent, name changed, traded or put up for security.

Reinstatement or reissuance in case of forgotten membership ID and password shall be based on the procedures prescribed by our company.

If there is a breach of the member ID and password, or if it is discovered that it is being used by a third party or that there is such a risk, the customer shall immediately notify the company and follow any instructions given by the company.

5. Prohibitions

You shall not do the following:

(1) Use of this application that deviates from normal use
(2) Acts that inconvenience other customers
(3) Acts that interfere with our sales
(4) Acts that infringe trademark rights, copyrights or privacy.
(5) False registration of application membership.
(6) Unauthorised use of another person’s personal information
(7) Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

The documents, images, programs, software, etc. on this app are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other rights owned by Our Company.

Our Company owns the content (Information, materials, images, etc.) of this app, the copyright of the email magazine and other intellectual property rights. Users are prohibited from copying, repurposing or selling such intellectual property for secondary use without the consent of the rights holders, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes or through the intranet.
